A Dress Historian Explains the History of the Witch Hat

The video gets off to a bit of a slow start, so I started about 6 minutes into it when she actually gets to the topic at hand. The most interesting bit was the plug for the Burnley and Trowbridge Mantua-Making Workshop which you can check out here.
While I disagree with some of the statements made at the beginning I believe that overall she came up with a good explanation.

30 Horror Films You May Not Know But Should

Interesting read from Buzz Feed.  Some of these are really good pics. I will say the Dorm the Dripped Blod is the only slasher pic that ever scared me. Even though it was made during the slasher hey day of the 80’s it broke some, a lot, of the slasher rules. There was something about not knowing what would happen next that messed with my young head. Definitely worth the read.
